Juliene knife skills

ingredients:
  • carrots 
  • green pepper
Equipment:
  • Green chopping board 
  • damp lupy
  • Chefs knife
Method / description:

  1. cut foods into stick shaped pieces approximately 3mm by 3mm by 5mm
  2. a fine julienne has the dimentions of 1.5mm by 1.5mm by 5mm
